Midsummer Dreams ~ Sleep & Dream Herbs

Spend the evening discussing herbs that help us become calm and to fall & stay asleep.  In today's busy world getting a good nights sleep is the foundation of staying healthy.  There are many plants that gently quiet the nervous system, help relax the body to wind down and get quality sleep.  Plants including Valerian, Passionflower, Catnip and others will be used to make tea blends (we will share plants that are child-friendly). In class we will make dream pillows filled with herbs ~ if you'd like more vivid or colorful dreams, maybe you'd like to remember them better, or perhaps you suffer from nightmares and need relief.  We've got you covered!
